Frequently Asked Questions

An initial video with the live cuts is available within 24 hours after the recording stops. If further editing or social media clips are requested, those are typically delivered within 72 hours.
We will upload a finished audio file and video file for you to use. Unedited files are available upon request.

Standard podcast editing does not include uploading or creating podcast accounts.
90 minutes is our standard block of time. You may record one or multiple episodes within this 90-minute block.
This time does include arrival, podcast recording, and exit. If the recording goes over the 90-minute block, each additional minute is charged at $3/minute.
If you need to cancel your pre-booked session with us, we offer a full refund if given 48 hours notice. 50% of booking value for 24 hour notice. Anything less than 24 hours out will not be refunded.
We can accommodate podcasts and videos from 1-4 people on camera/mic. This includes all hosts and guests. We do ask for a podcast plan prior to each recording. This includes how many guests will be in each episode.
